Orlando Tovar
DIGITAL SENIOR SPECIALIST
Born in Colombia in 1991, in 2014 he got a Bachelor of sciences in Electronics Engineering at Javeriana University in Colombia and a Master of sciences in Telecommunications Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin. In 2020, he got a Master in Project Management at the Valencian International University.
From 2014 to 2020, he worked at LINKS Foundation in ICT related projects; he specialized on enabling technologies such as Internet of Things and Indoor Localization Systems, in the energy and the industry 4.0 sectors. Besides, he acquired competences in scouting, writing, and managing European public founded projects; contributing to increase the technology readiness of project related products. Since July 2020, he is working at CIM4.0 as Digital Senior Specialist of the Digital Factory Program.
