The course aims to train personnel able to correctly acquire vibrational data with appropriate instruments and perform the simplest analyzes.

At the end of the course the certification will be issued.

Trainee’s Profile

People wishing to achieve PCN Vibration Analysis Category 1 certification for the qualification to carry out vibrational data acquisitions in accordance with ISO standards

Pre-Requirements

Minimum experience of 6 months in the field of vibration analysis

Objectives

• Use portable equipment to perform preset patrols
• Acquire vibration data on machines with fixed Sensors
• Being able to transfer data from portable instrumentation to PC and vice versa
• To be able to compare the acquired values with the set alert levels
• Recognize the spectra related to erroneous acquisitions
