For the Digital Factory Business Unit, we are looking for a Digital Transformation PMwho will be responsible for managing innovation projects related to enterprise digital transformation and technology transfer. The resource will have a horizontal role managing projects related to emerging themes such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Internet of Things, Next Generation Network, etc. In addition, he/she will support the management and definition of national and international innovation projects and tech scouting activities. The activity includes:
– Support the identification of emerging business needs and projects impacting business transformation in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of industry leaders
– Support the analysis of customer and partner specifications and the proposition of optimized and competitive solutions
– Prepare technical and commercial bids for project development
– Manage national/international industrial and research and innovation cut projects:
1. Define and develop project management plans
2. Identify and manage stakeholders
3. Develop work plan
4. Managing project time, cost, objectives, and quality
5. Managing project resources and communication
6. Managing project risks
– Support in defining use cases, business cases and exploitation strategies.
Requirements
– Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related
– Knowledge of enabling technologies in Industry 4.0
– Excellent familiarity with the main office automation tools.
– Knowledge of project management methods
– Ability to analyze projects from an economic-strategic point of view
– Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
– Ability to plan and manage time
– Adaptability and flexibility
– Ability to analyze and synthesize
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Good attitude to working in a team
Ancillary requirements
