Description

The Automotive-related industrial world is crossing the frontiers of the new mobility, which include innovative products and technologies and open to new horizons of services. “Mobility Academy Light Edition” courses are offered to participants as individual training events: by linking them together, they can become a customized path to enhance and extend the skills of professionals and technicians to other areas and new forms of technologies and applications.

This program is designed, and delivered, as part of the “Lifelong Learning Initiatives” catalog of offerings of the PNRR Ecosystem of Innovation Project “NODES - Digital And Sustainable Northwest.” The subjects covered have been evaluated as capable of producing a considerable impact in terms of the territories and industrial systems intercepted and generates the possibility of increasing the ability to share skills by creating a network of value in the territory.

In the industrial context, whether we are talking about products or services, the focus is often on the technical and technological aspects in order to identify the correct solutions that will make the product fit the market demands. This part, which is essential to ensure the realization of the products or services, is only one of the actions required to develop them and bring them to the availability of customers.

In the course "From idea to customer: the development process for successful products," all the steps needed to transform innovative ideas into market-appropriate applications that meet customers' expectations and give the correct return to those who proposed and developed them will be explained and described.

You will delve into all stages of developing an industrial product of a certain complexity, starting with the analyses that lead to the identification of a product concept accepted by the Company's management; style studies (if necessary) technical ones and technological ones to design the product, identify the production methods, technologies and machinery needed for production. You will conduct economic evaluations that support the decision to produce or not to produce the new product based on the economic/financial findings. Of these evaluations, we will provide an explanation that is understandable even to those without a solid economic foundation, enabling them to grasp their significance.

Finally, the course illustrates the path leading to the commercial launch by briefly explaining the aspects of Logistics, production climb issues, aspects of Communication to the public and preparation of the Commercial Network. A brief parenthesis may be devoted to the methodologies of setting the public price of the product.
