Description

The Automotive-related industrial world is crossing the frontiers of the new mobility, which include innovative products and technologies and open to new horizons of services. “Mobility Academy Light Edition” courses are offered to participants as individual training events: by linking them together, they can become a customized path to enhance and extend the skills of professionals and technicians to other areas and new forms of technologies and applications.
The Mobility Academy light edition can support and train professionals in the mobility ecosystem to respond to and implement the digital and green transition, for sustainable mobility, in synergy with Spoke 1 NODES activities.

This program is designed, and delivered, as part of the “Lifelong Learning Initiatives” catalog of offerings of the PNRR Ecosystem of Innovation Project “NODES - Digital And Sustainable Northwest.” The subjects covered have been evaluated as capable of producing a considerable impact in terms of the territories and industrial systems intercepted and generates the possibility of increasing the ability to share skills by creating a network of value in the territory.

The technological scenario is constantly and rapidly changing: new technologies on the one hand are revolutionizing production processes by improving their efficiency, quality and safety, and on the other hand are opening alternatives for the development of innovative services and businesses. Through a combination of theoretical lectures and a case study, participants will gain an understanding of technologies and applications dedicated to industry and mobility, including artificial intelligence and autonomous driving in the course.

Macro Topics

In the course, the current technological scenario will be presented to provide even those coming from non-strictly technical backgrounds and
courses of study with the basics and keys to understanding the newest technologies. In
particular, the following will be discussed:
- Robotics applications for mobility - from land vehicles to airplanes: the different categories according
to applications
- Artificial intelligence: the different forms and levels, with complex applications
- Industry 5.0: the technological frontier with an eye on humans and the environment
- Autonomous mobility for last mile and applications for large-scale retail (GDO).
Examples will be used to illustrate the different topics and offer participants insights into imagining
credible and sustainable applications in the marketplace.
Student participants will also be offered a workshop geared toward identifying acceptable solutions from the
customer for large-scale retail.
