The training factor in the 4.0 investment of Italian manufacturing enterprises

Industrial 4.0 culture has as its pillars continuous training and knowledge of applied technologies, responding to the real needs of Enterprises, from large to micro. Assessments, testimonies of best practices or generalist training modules built on the new technological contents of Industry 4.0 are not enough: what is needed is specific, in-depth training that, starting from the training needs expressed by Enterprises (gaps in knowledge, skills and professional & managerial profiles), proposes tailor-made paths. The training offer of CIM 4.0 was built on the basis of these needs and structured on two distinct training actions: the Learning Hub, which proposes paths of technological competence with classroom courses, e-learning, use of computer labs and activities at pilot lines (Training On the Job) and Impresa 4.0 Academy, the school for technical area managers or managers of digital transformation.
