Federico Giuffrida
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST
Born in Palermo in 1991 he began his university career in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Palermo. In 2015 he moved to Turin, where he obtained his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at the Polytechnic of Turin.
He starts his path in the world of Additive Manufacturing (AM) with a thesis project at FCA. In 2019 he starts working as a Research Fellow at Polytechnic of Turin, focusing his studies on L-PBF technologies, both metal and polymer. During this period, he held the position of Teaching Associate.
In 2021, he began his experience at CIM 4.0, where he held the role of Process Technologist for the AM line. In addition, he attends the Master of II level in Additive Manufacturing at the Polytechnic of Turin.
