President and/or member of the board of statutory auditors of leading companies operating in insurance, construction, transport, industrial holding and no-profit entities, and particularly dedicated in the activity of consultancy in tax matters but also corporate law, extraordinary finance, evaluations and corporate reorganization operations.

Regarding training and teaching, member of the executive committee for the Higher Training School of the order of Chartered accountant of Turin, and professor at the latter, and author of different training courses including the School of Economy and Finance of MEF. Author of many in-depth essays regarding tax law and professional practice.
