Disassembled narratives

The impact of new technologies on the world of work

CIM4.0 proposes an event that explores the impact of technologies on organizations, work, and the new skills required, while also considering new ways of exercising leadership in increasingly complex professional contexts. Through the evocative power of cinema we will investigate the impact of 4.0 technologies in the industrial, socio-economic, humanistic and environmental spheres.

On September 25 from 6 p.m. at the CIM4.0 spaces, we will hold an event based on the conference format, dedicated to enthusiasts and professionals who want to explore the implications of 4.0 technologies on the development of organizations.
A debate between audience and speaker in which we will harness the narrative and imaginative power of cinema.

We will screen some sequences of cinematic masterpieces that will stimulate reflection on the real implications of new technologies in contemporary professional contexts.
The moderator will weave the threads to engage in a debate that will provide an opportunity to dispel false myths and dismantle stereotypes regarding the new technologies now increasingly implemented in business, as well as creative and social, production processes.
Among the speakers at the roundtable we will host multidisciplinary technicians and experts whose interventions will contribute to return an argued discussion on the potential, limitations and alleged or real dangers, in order to trafer correct information and develop greater awareness on the subject.
