Job Description
For the Digital Factory Business Unit, we are looking for a Digital Process Specialist to manage innovation projects devoted to the technological transition to Industry 4.0.
We are looking for a recent graduate in mechanical, management or computer engineering to fill a (junior/senior) specialist role. Knowledge in logistics flow management, production process optimization, lean manufacturing and programming in python, C or Java is required. Specific activities to be developed include the simulation of production processes using software on the market such as Siemens “plant simulation,” an activity that requires prior knowledge, or to be acquired, of simulation tools but above all the ability to understand industrial processes.
The resource will have visibility on projects regarding emerging issues such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Internet of Things, Next Generation Network, etc., in the context of national and international innovation projects. The activity will involve:
- Support the identification of emerging business needs that impact business transformation in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of industry leaders
- Support the analysis of customer and partner specifications and the proposition of optimized and competitive solutions
- Management of national/international projects of industrial cut and research and innovation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mechanical, management or computer engineering
- Knowledge of enabling technologies in Industry 4.0
- Excellent familiarity with major office automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of project management methods
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
- Planning and time management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Analysis and synthesis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attitude to work in a team
Ancillary requirements
- Project management experience in Industry 4.0 – 5.0
- Familiarity with simulation tools
- Project management certifications
- Knowledge of public funding dynamics (at local, national and European levels).
Experience
0-10 years of experience (we are looking for both experienced and recent high-potential graduates)
