CIM4.0 – Competence Center confirms its presence at MECSPE 2022, a national event of great interest for the innovation scene.

An important and content-rich event that is positioned as a must-attend trade fair for companies interested in issues related to industrial innovation and technological innovations in the sector: digitization, sustainability and training from a 4.0 perspective.

The MECSPE Live Academydemo area, shared with the other Competence Centers and where we will be present, was created by CIM4.0 in collaboration with some partner companies.

Here, we will exhibit several projects:

👉IMPRESSED, born out of the collaboration between FCA and LIN UP, proposes the development, optimization and validation of a platform for the ergonomic design of workstations in industrial plants, consisting of two distinct and integrated software, capable of providing a wide range of outputs.
This approach makes possible, and more effective, first and foremost the consideration of ergonomic design, placing humans at the center of the industrial universe while respecting the values of Industry 4.0, right from the design phase.

👉 ADI, carried out in collaboration with companies ELLENA and SPEM, which involves the development and implementation of an innovative anti-icing system that can be integrated within the leading edges of airfoils or dynamic intakes. The system takes advantage of a patent from the Polytechnic University of Turin, which employs Additive Manufacturing technology as an enabler.

👉VIRTUAL DELIBERATION, carried out in collaboration with 4D ENGINEERING, MORE aims to demonstrate how extended reality technologies (VR, AR, Mixed reality) are profitable to the purposes of industrial companies in various business processes (from design to sales). The goal is to demonstrate how Extended Reality technology is a useful tool available to companies, in various business processes, for Design Review, Perceived Quality Analysis, Virtual Assessment activities.
