FANUC Italy, a world leader in industrial automation, enters the CIM4.0 National Competence Center as an Activity Partner .
The Competence Industry Manufacturing 4.0 with the aim of offering the best possible support to Italian SMEs in technology transfer and digitization of innovative processes and products, has activated several strategic collaborations involving industrial players of international relevance. Among them, as a Top Player in the field of robotics, Fanuc Italia: a synergy that will guarantee SMEs the use of a dashboard of highly evolved technologies and solutions within the manufacturing industry.
“Integrated automation, connectivity, intelligent systems and easy interfacing between humans and machines are hot topics in the industrial worldtoday,” says Marco Delaini, managing director of FANUC Italy.
“These issues do not just represent the future, but are already a reality, a present that FANUC, with its cutting-edge and affordable technological solutions, wants to help spread to the business realities of the Italian territory. Therefore, thanks to the partnership with CIM4.0, we want to invest in the enhancement of the “Italian manufacturing genius” and enable our local businesses to withstand the different economic scenarios, thanks to automation and robotization.
In fact, to remain competitive, industries need to produce highly variable quantities of goods while ensuring the highest quality. Investments in automation often pay for themselves in less than 1 year, this is because they allow reducing cycle time or extending production from one to two or three shifts.” Marco Delaini concludes.
“We are very pleased to welcome Fanuc, a top international player in the field of industrial robotics, to our Competence Center as an Activity Partner. Our team therefore is enriched with a new piece with a strongly innovative character, reinforcing our mission, which is to offer Italian SMEs an increasingly comprehensive and sustainable support with respect to the great opportunities related to the digital transition 4.0.”- said Enrico Pisino, CEO of CIM4.0.
