Are you an SME or Start up interested in developing innovative solutions using 5G and other Emerging Technologies?

As part of the CTE NEXT activities, the City of Turin in collaboration with project partners, including CIM4.0, is launching the first Call4Testing aimed at selecting SMEs and start-ups interested in co-developing and testing, under real-world conditions innovative solutions that make full use of 5G and one or more of the emerging technologies (Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain) and demonstrate their validity in response to the urban challenge on the theme of “Smart Lifestyles/Smart life.”

This widespread and shared project for technology development is part of the House of Emerging Technologies in Turin – CTE NEXT, a project funded by the Ministry of Economic Development with FSC 2014-2020 funds and aimed at creating in Turin, in close collaboration with universities, research centers and incubators in Turin, a widespread technology transfer center on emerging technologies related to 5G in strategic vertical sectors for the area: Smart Road (with focus on self-driving and connected vehicles); Urban Air Mobility ; Industry 4.0; Innovative Urban Services and PA.

Selected projects will be entitled to a grant of up to 25,000 euros as reimbursement for a portion of the costs incurred in testing.

In addition, it will be possible to access services made available by CTE Partners.

CIM4.0 will support selected SMEs and start-ups at all stages of solution development:

– Support for use case definition
– Support for installation and accompanying testing
– Evaluation of post-intervention scenarios, in terms of expected impacts
– Elements of environmental, economic and social sustainability
– Opportunities for replicability of the solution in other contexts and/or application areas

– Download the documents received by email, or which you can find at the bottom of this page.
– Fill out the documents in their entirety, and insert your signature where required.
