He mainly deals with corporate taxation, extraordinary corporate transactions with regard to Venture Capital, Corporate Finance and innovative Start Up.
He is a member of the Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies of financial intermediaries and various companies which are also part of listed national and international groups.
He is a member of the Working Group "Control system in companies and entities and Legislative Decree 231" and representative of the Working Group "Virtual currencies, blockchain technology and innovative payment systems", Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin, Ivrea and Pinerolo.
He has published articles for specialized journals (Eutekne Info - Daily Accountant) and he is a speaker at conferences and seminars on the role of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Supervisory Body in companies, financial and non-financial intermediaries, as well as on issues relating to cryptocurrencies.
He graduated in Economics at University of Turin and has been in the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2009.
