It began today, Nov. 6, for the 24 participants in this CIM4.0 Academy session designed for digital transformation professionals.

Heterogeneity helps to understand Systemic Design

In addition to the skills acquired through Academy experiences and courses, we believe that the exchange of knowledge within the group is crucial. This is how an engineer who has studied and worked in France will find himself talking about innovation with an executive from a large Italian company and a project manager from an SME.

Tony Ligato, Academy participant, introduces himself to the group

Being contaminated by the multitude of professionalism makes it easier to understand one of the Academy’s key concepts: expertise is only complete when you are able to consider the effects it has on the entire innovation ecosystem.

Each participant’s point of reference: mentors

Each participant has been assigned a mentor who will follow him or her throughout the course and guide them in all activities, a figurehead who will also provide valuable learning assessment tools.

The prospects of Industry 4.0

Enrico Pisino, CEO of the Competence Center explained to participants the role and significance of innovation, Open Innovation, and TRL. Knowing the state of the art of the Industry and its perspectives is a prerequisite to succeed in governing digital transformation. In fact, these topics will be covered in depth during the course.
