The selection of participants for the second edition of the CIM4.0 Academy continues.

The training activities of this second edition, dedicated to managers of digital transformation of Enterprises operating in different industrial and manufacturing sectors, will start on June 4 in part-time mode and will be completed in December.

The Assessment phase of resources already selected and enrolled in this second edition will be launched starting Monday, May 3.

Companies, from large to SMEs, will be able to enroll their employees in the advanced training course dedicated to reskilling and upskilling Industry 4.0 professionals until the end of May.

Competence Industry Manufacturing 4.0 supports SMEs by covering 50 percent of the cost for enrollment.

Assessment and dedicated tutor

The ASSESSMENT activity serves to “take an initial snapshot” of all participants and is conducted in two stages:

• self-assessment-with the use of specific questionnaires we identify the degree of competence in specific technological and management areas
• individual assessment – the tutor proceeds to understand personal characteristics and operational context, assessing obstacles, opportunities, individual characteristics on the bade of specific KPIs

Each participant is accompanied on the path by a dedicated mentor who will give individualized support to bridge specific gaps and assist the knowledge-competence-skills transformation and who will also follow the participant after graduation over the next six months.
