In February we launched the PMTI4.0 call for proposals dedicated to the allocation of funding aimed at projects with a high level of technological maturity and with a budget totaling more than 1 million euros.

Three months later we take stock with Enrico Pisino, CEO of the Competence Center, of the status of the 18 projects that have been funded.

When in mid-February, less than a year after the establishment of our Competence Center, we announced the winners of the first CIM4.0 call for proposals to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and innovative startups across the country, we were particularly pleased with the timeliness with which we had initiated the selected projects.

We absolutely did not anticipate the positive impact this would have after a few weeks: the winners of the first Call for Proposals, 18 leading Technological Innovation companies would have had the opportunity to start operations and develop their innovations even when many other SMEs were forced to close.

We are proud of the extremely positive impact that the collaboration between SMEs and CIM4.0 has had with this first Call, and that is why we want to give space to these companies and their projects.

We saw something special in each of these projects and want to share it with you, hoping that this will be an opportunity to make a concrete contribution to accelerating the transfer of these innovations to the market. The results we are going to show you prove that what is driving companies is innovation, planned innovation, relentlessly and at the speed of light.
