CIM4.0 Academy
After two successful editions, we are pleased to announce the third edition of CIM4.0 Academy, the Competence Center’s advanced training course structured according to the needs of enterprises in the era of digital transition. A path designed in collaboration with the University of Turin, Polytechnic University of Turin and 23 other major business partners.
The Academy is aimed at technical area managers, top and middle business managers who want to do upskilling and reskilling. The course will officially start on April 22, 2022. An opportunity for companies to access practical and experiential content that guides the participant toward a systemic approach of 4.0 technologies.
At the end of the course, scheduled for Oct. 31, 2022, professionals will have the key skills to increase enterprise competitiveness.
The training course
The program alternates moments of practical training with moments of knowledge sharing.
The Academy is structured in steps:
– Welcome & assessment
– Multidisciplinary approach to ecosystem context
– I4.0 Tech. gap recovery
– Systemic skills development and project work
– Final assessment
Tutor & Trainer
Each participant will be supervised by a dedicated mentor who, through an assessment phase, will identify the degree of competence in specific technological and management areas and assess obstacles, opportunities, and individual characteristics in order to direct the participant toward concrete goals.
Throughout the course, participants will have the opportunity to engage with internationally renowned professionals who have chosen to share their expertise with them.
The trainers of CIM4.0 Academy come from consortium member companies, partners, the University of Turin and the Polytechnic University of Turin. For managerial skills, we draw on the input of Skillab, the company of Unione Industriale Torino and AMMA that has years of experience in the field.
The mission statement
The mission of CIM4.0 is to promote access to and use of digital technologies for everyone: from SMEs to large enterprises. Through calls, partnerships and co-funding, companies can amortize the cost of courses by investing in human capital and innovation.
CIM4.0 also promotes scholarships for job seekers to cover the full cost to finance participation in the Academy. Full-coverage scholarships are also reserved for students and recent graduates.
